Original Elegant Cort Mushroom in Ink and Watercolor

The Elegant Cort is a fungus that grows among the Beech trees throughout Europe. They have not yet been reported in North America. They live in leaf litter and come out in the Autumn, but beware, they are poisonous and not for consumption.

This piece was drawn in ink and accented with watercolor pencils.
