Where are you based?
Refill Mercantile is located at 6 Petaluma Blvd N Petaluma, CA in the Great Petaluma Mill (next to 24Hour Fitness) and we are open Wednesday-Sunday 11 am - 6 pm. Our online store is open 24/7. Sign up for our weekly newsletter and follow us on social media to find out where we will pop up next!
Do you have a charging station or bicycle rack available?
We don't currently have a charging station in our parking lot but there is a station inside the Keller Street Parking Garage just a block and a half away. We have an outside bicycle rack or feel free to park inside the Mill just out front of our shop. We also have a bike repair kit in case you need it!
Do you deliver?
Yes! We currently deliver on open days to Sonoma County. Check out our Shipping Details page for all the info!
Do you have curbside pickup?
Absolutely! Purchase online and select local pickup during checkout. We will put your order together and email you when it is ready for pickup! Refills will be placed in either a community jar or compostable paper bag.
What are community jars?
We have a cart with clean, used jars for anyone to use for free! Take a jar, leave a jar! Please only scent free, clean jars with lids. We take them home and run them through the dishwasher just to be safe. We also have compostable labels of all of the bulk products to place on the jar or free compostable paper bags.
What container can I bring in?
Any clean, rinsed out container that works best for you! If it's plastic, that's ok! Let's keep reusing it for as long as possible. Please make sure the container is clean! See our tips on how to sanitize in this post.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we are only shipping to the United States. We'll announce if that changes!
Do you ship using plastic??
Nope! Our clear tape is made from cellulose and the kraft tape has zero plastic in it. We save packaging we receive from orders and reuse everything we can! Plastic-free shipping forever!
Help! I haven't received my order!
Sometimes shipping delays happen. Please reach out to us if you haven't received your order timely and we will work with USPS or UPS (whichever one we shipped with) to figure it out. Best way to get a hold of us is via email, Hello@RefillMerc.com
What if I don't like the product?
We get it, you tried the product and maybe it didn't work for you. Check out our Refund Policy page for all the details or reach out to us directly via email, Hello@RefillMerc.com we can work something out!
Do you offer bulk for my business or vacation rental?
